Do customers need to install anything?
No. They need Telegram, which most people already have.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Staff use their own phones to scan.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes, and we do it with you.
Can I use it at more than one branch?
Yes. One card works at all your branches, with one balance.
How do customers earn points?
You choose: points per visit or per dollar spent. You also choose the rewards.
Do points expire?
Yes, 365 days after they're earned.
What if staff add points by mistake?
They can undo it within 10 minutes.
Will you message my customers?
Only receipts for their points, and offers only if they agreed to get offers from your shop. We don't sell customer data or advertise to your customers.
When does Member KH open, and what does it cost?
Soon. Pre-register and we'll contact you when it opens; the first 100 get 3 months free. We show you the paid plans before your free time ends. You don't have to buy.
What if I stop?
Your card is paused and your data is kept, so you can come back later.
